Lynxify.me is standalone 360-degree feedback software built for small and growing companies, roughly 10 to 200 people, that want a structured, multi-rater review round without adopting a full performance-management platform. A manager builds each round from the company's own competency library (with a starter set of three competencies included on signup), picks a rating scale, frequency, agreement, proficiency, or a plain 1-10 scale. Completion is trackable in real time before the round closes, so a manager isn't guessing who still needs a nudge. Once feedback is in, every reviewee gets a one-page visual skill report: top-strength and growth-area callouts, a radar chart overlaying the self-rating against the peer average, and an AI-generated written summary built question by question from the underlying ratings and comments rather than one blended paragraph. Reviewer identity is scrubbed before any text reaches the summarization step, and anonymity is handled per response rather than per round, so an individual reviewer can stay anonymous even inside an otherwise attributed cycle.
